Yes, you will need to provide your own marquee – size restrictions apply – all gazebos must be no bigger than 3m x 3m.

Unfortunately there is no access to electricity, you are welcome to bring your own generator but it has to fit within the dimensions of the pitch you have chosen.

If you have chosen an inside stall then tables will be provided.

If you have chosen an outside stall then you will need to provide your own table.

Unfortunately all stall purchases are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a large stall then you are welcome to arrive from 10am. If you have purchased one of the other stall categories then please arrive at 10:30am

You are welcome to drop off and unload on the high street. The cars will then need to be moved as the high street will be closed to vehicles. You can park in one of the nearby streets or the shoppers car park on Russell Street. Please be mindful that most parking is in a residential area so please do park considerately and abide by the permitted areas.

Please enter via The Swan and you will be directed by a marshall to your location.

You will be told on the day which pitch you have been allocated. Due to the large volume of bookings we cannot run a system where you choose your own pitch.

You will receive a confirmation email when booking your stall, you will then only be contacted if your stall has to be cancelled for any reason.

We do not provide lighting, but you are more than welcome to bring your own lights as long as they fit within the dimensions of your allocated pitch.

There are three public toilets available that stall holders will be able to use, they are located in the Ellen petit memorial hall , the Woburn sands library and the Methodist church.

We always ask for as much information as possible on the business when booking. If there is a stall that is too similar to another we will let you know and unfortunately have to cancel your booking. The first person to book under that category will have their booking honoured. If your business is a network marketing opportunity or franchise please clearly start the wider brand name.

If this information is not given we reserve the right to turn you away on the day.

Please collect and remove your own rubbish. If your pitch is left with rubbish you will not be able to book again.

If you are selling any food or drink that can be consumed on the day then you must book the larger food and drink pitch. If you arrive on the day and you have not booked the appropriate stall we reserve the right to turn you away.
